The Warm Hand -off Reentry Program,

Program Goals & Objectives

The goal is to assist any individual just released from prison and reentering the community
or homeless and on parole to be successful and not return to custody.

    • Food Baskets
    • Clothing
    • Assistance in applying for Medi-cal/ General Assistance
    • Referrals to outside Legal Services
    • Referrals to outside Job Training/Temp Services
    • Transport to Medical appointments
    • Transportation to DMV
    • Weekly After Care Groups
    • Individual Sessions
  • Domestic Violence Classes
  • Anger Management Classes
